Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from the Netherlands. Shipping costs are based on your location and the artwork's size and weight — I'll confirm the exact amount before any payment is made. Delivery times: EU 3–5 days, US/Canada 7–10 days, rest of world 10–14 days. Tracking is included with every order.
How is the artwork protected during shipping?
We use Shippo's network of insured carriers. Each piece is packed with acid-free materials, corner protectors, and a rigid box. For high-value items, we add extra cushioning and optional insurance. Every shipment is fully insured against damage or loss.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery. The artwork must be returned in its original condition. We will help you arrange return shipping. Return costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.
How do I know the artwork will fit my space?
Every artwork page includes exact dimensions (width, height, depth). We also provide a scale recommendation (small, medium, large, extra-large) and the aspect ratio. For hotel buyers, we list intended zones (lobby, guest room, etc.).
Can I commission a custom piece?
Yes. For individual collectors, you can contact the artist directly via the "Message artist" button on their profile. For hotels and commercial projects, we offer a dedicated consultation service. Contact us at hello@vuvu.nl to discuss your requirements.
Do you offer discounts for interior designers or hotels?
Yes. We offer trade pricing and bulk order discounts for interior designers, hotels, and offices. Please contact us at trade@vuvu.nl with your professional credentials and project details.
Can I get a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. Every artwork comes with a signed certificate of authenticity from the artist, including details about the medium, year, and edition (if applicable).
What is your lead time for commercial projects?
For hotels, offices, and other commercial spaces, we can deliver within 14–21 days after order confirmation. This includes professional packing, custom crating if needed, and white-glove delivery with installation.
What payment methods do you accept?
After we agree on the work, I'll send you a secure Stripe payment link. It accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers (SEPA, iDEAL for Dutch customers). Bitcoin is also accepted via direct transfer — just mention it when you inquire.
Is my purchase covered by buyer protection?
Yes. VuVu's Buyer Protection guarantees that you will receive the artwork as described. If it never arrives or arrives damaged, we will mediate and issue a full refund within 30 days.
