Every piece is packed with acid‑free materials, corner protectors, and a rigid box. Shipments are tracked end‑to‑end and fully insured. If your artwork arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund you in full.

14‑day return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return the artwork in its original condition, and we will issue a full refund. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged.

Each piece comes with a signed certificate of authenticity, including the artist's name, title, dimensions, medium, and year of creation. For hand‑finished works, the certificate notes the unique airbrushed crystal pigments and clearcoat.
