Certificates of Authenticity
VuVu.nl offers “certificates of authenticity” and “Bill of Sale” that provide reliable verification of the origin, authenticity, and value of works. These certificates serve as evidence for resale, insurance, or legal purposes. A unique feature of our certificates is the use of IPFS blockchain technology to provide a transparent and trustworthy record of an item’s history. VuVu.nl is committed to providing reliable verification services and serving clients with integrity and professionalism.
Bill of Sale
We recognize the significance of the Bill of Sale in art transactions. Acting as a legal document, the Bill of Sale outlines the transfer of ownership from the seller to the buyer, providing crucial details such as the purchase price, the date of sale, and the identities of both parties involved. This document serves as tangible evidence of the transaction, offering protection and clarity to buyers and sellers. Utilizing IPFS blockchain technology, Vuvu.nl ensures the integrity and transparency of each Bill of Sale, providing clients with a trustworthy record of their art acquisitions.
We help artists, galleries, and collectors use timeless tools to verify artwork. Blockchain is the most trustworthy way to do this.

Legal and regulatory compliance
We store our Certificates of Authenticity (COA) and Bill of Sale on the IPFS filesystem, with data portability and no vendor lock-in. This peer-to-peer filesystem is an open system to manage data without a central server. The timestamped COAs are saved on a permanent data storage blockchain, guaranteeing that the data will be available for at least 200 years. The data can be accessed anytime. The network is like Bitcoin but for data.Instead of relying on a single server to store and share files, IPFS uses a distributed network of nodes that work together to keep your data accessible and resilient. Each file gets a unique CID (Content Identifier), like a digital fingerprint, ensuring the content can’t be changed or tampered with. No central authority, no single point of failure—just a smart, decentralized way to manage and share your data.
